The deadline for handing in Portfolio 3 (printed or digitally) is Monday 10 June, 10 am. And this time I will nót accept late entries!
What should your portfolio contain?
- Your essay on the Great Gatsby trailer assignment
- Your own review of the Great Gatsby-film (details of possible cinema visit to follow), containing your opinion, supported by examples, of the film as a whole and your well-argumented verdict on whether or not the film is a good adaptation of the novel. Your review should contain the typical elements belonging to this type of text.
- A short (250-300 word) analysis on one of Auden's poems in which you discuss the formal elements of the poem, the necessity of knowing something about the context in which it was written and your own response to the poem.
